Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and pecans to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
