- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour mixture until well combined.
