  • 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1.5 quarts of vanilla ice cream
  • 1.5 quarts of chocolate ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream


  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer the cookie crumbs to a bowl and mix in the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
