  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional for garnish)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and heavy cream. Poke holes all over the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture over the cake. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
