Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Crush one package of Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Top with a layer of Oreo cookies. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and Oreo cookies.
- In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and remaining heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, spreading evenly.
