Ingredients:

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour mixture, alternating with the cup of milk, until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a bowl. Once the cake is done, pierce it all over with a fork and pour the milk mixture over the top. Let it soak in for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cake.
