CONFETTI CAKE RECIPE

Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
