  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
