Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar, cocoa, and oil in a bowl.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually stir into the cocoa mixture until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls, coat with confectioners’ sugar, and place 1 inch apart on parchment-lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool briefly on sheets before transferring to racks.
