Ingredients
  

  • cup graham crackers crumbs
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • Sprinkles, for garnish
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, graham cracker crumbs, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
  • Scoop and shape the mixture into small balls, placing them on the prepared sheet.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil, stir until smooth, and dip each peanut butter ball.
  • Let them set on a cooling rack until the chocolate hardens.
