- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture. Mix until just combined.
