CARROT CAKE RECIPE EASY

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • Cream cheese frosting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, oil, eggs, grated carrots, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
