  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cold butter, diced
