Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pink or blue food coloring
- 12 tsp of pink or blue frosting for filling
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter in half and add the pink food coloring to one half and the blue food coloring to the other half.
