Halloween Monster Eyeball Cake Pops
Equipment
- Lollipop sticks
- Wax paper
- Candy melts
- Black writing gel
Ingredients
- 24 6- to 7-inch lollipop sticks
- Candy eyeballs, assorted sprinkles and black decorating gel, for decorating
- 24 plain mini donuts and/or donut holes
- 1 cup candy melts green, purple and/or orange
Instructions
- Follow the package instructions to melt the candy melts.
- Dip each lollipop stick about 1/4- to 1/2-inch into the melted candy and insert it into each donut.
- Place them upside down on a wax paper-lined surface, with the sticks pointing upward.
- Let them sit for a few minutes until the candy coating hardens.
- Gently dip each donut into the melted candy melts, turning them until fully covered.
- Once coated, allow the donuts to cool upside down again on the wax paper until the candy shell is completely set.
- Use candy eyes, sprinkles, and black writing gel to decorate the cake pops as spooky eyeballs.
