  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the oil, eggs, vanilla, pineapple, bananas, and pecans to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
  6. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
