Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch square baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and baking soda. Set aside.
