  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch square baking pan.
