Ingredients:
- 1 cup sourdough starter (unfed/discard)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
