  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 5 eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional for garnish)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar together in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat eggs in one at a time into creamed butter mixture, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next one.
  5. Stir vanilla extract into the mixture.
  6. Fold flour mixture into the wet ingredients until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
  8. While the cake is baking, mix together the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk in a bowl.
  9. Once the cake is done, poke holes all over the surface with a fork.

  11. Whip heavy cream with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar until soft peaks form.
