  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
