  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
