  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
