- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
